Our cheese factory in Arco is managed with love and dedication by our dairywoman Giulia<\/strong>, who, thanks to her experience, transforms the milk from our cows into products of the highest quality day after day<\/strong>. The care and attention we lavish on every production phase, from the breeding of our animals to the transformation of milk, translates into authentic and genuine flavours, which express the true essence of the territory and its traditions<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Out of the milk freshly squeezed from our cows, we produce an assortment of delicacies: cheeses, yoghurt, panna cotta, chocolate puddings and our delicious homemade ice cream<\/strong>. All products made with the utmost respect for the well-being of animals and the territory.
