The milk you are tasting was milked just 80 meters from where you are standing now. This extraordinary proximity preserves the authentic aromas of our land in their purest form.

Thanks to the seasonal variation in our cows’ diet and our ethical choice to let calves feed naturally from their mothers, our milk develops distinctive notes of almond, flowers, and fresh hay. This natural complexity brings unique character to everything we produce.

Olive Oil
Cheeses of every kind, from traditional classics to fresh caciotte (plain or flavored), stracchino, spreadable cheeses, and ricotta. In our dairy you can truly experience the goodness of handcrafted cheese and discover the territory through taste.
Farm made ice cream
An oil that combines the elegance of Lake Garda with the strength of Puglia, born from a transparent supply chain. Excellent technical parameters confirm its superior quality and freshness. A blend of prized cultivars and ethical farming practices creates a balanced yet bold sensory profile.
